I don't really prefer Adamant natured Shaymin. XD It just gets in the way of Seed Flare.
I have a Calm movie shaymin that I EV trained, so it can take alot of special hits, such as Flamethrower, Bug Buzz, etc.
I have five movie shaymin. I got all crappy natures besides Calm, so yeah.
