You should totally EV train the Dratini first. -nods- Dragonites are one of the most well-rounded pokemon.

Hmm... Dragonites seem to have a higher attack than special attack, so I totally agree with that. -nods- Good luck~ ^^

I'm gonna EV train some pokemon later. I'd have time in camp today, but I can't remember what pokemon gives what EVs and soforth.
