What level should I go beat the "Grand Master of All Things Bad" (-cough-Wigglytuff-cough-) at? I'm 35 or so now.

I couldn't tell you, 'cause I never finished PMD2... Mainly because I'm uber lazy, and because I just got bored of it... =/
I'll just stick to Diamond; the game I've played every single day since April 24th, 2007.

Huh, no wonder that game has over 600 hours on it...

I was Lvl 57 maybe higher when i beat wigglytuff it was easy Need a rescue? also i cheated by teaching pikachu discharge he pwnd every1 in 1 shot except wigglytuff then i Pwn'd him witth My Fiery Fury ie im Charmander btw session expired ie im harrypotter122 aka Yugi Here

ummm i beat wigglytuff and friends at around level 34-36-ish
You just need lots of reviver seeds, a couple of sleep seeds, and maybe some x-eye seeds
and you can get reviver seeds really easily -coughsentrydutycough-
