So, Courtney and I were talking, when we decided that maybe the legendary pokemon themselves should have fixed genders. After all, it's rather weird that they all have no genders whatsoever. O.o Here's the list we came up with!
Articuno - Female.
Zapdos - Male.
Moltres - Female.
Mewtwo - Male.
Mew - Female.
Raikou - Male.
Entei - Male.
Suicune - Female.
Ho-oh - Female.
Lugia - Male.
Celebi - Female.
Groudon - Male.
Kyogre - Female.
Rayquaza - Male.
Latias - Female.
Latios - Male.
Deoxys - Purple Gem: Male; Green Gem: Female.
Jirachi - Female.
Palkia - Female.
Dialga - Male.
Mesprit - Female.
Uxie - Female.
Azelf - Male.
Giratina - Male.
Manaphy - Male.
Arceus - Male.
Shaymin - Female.
Dakrai - Male.
Cresselia - Female.
Rotom - Either. (Since there is more than one Rotom, their genders vary. By the way, this is an exception.)

And there isn't more than one manaphy, just a lot of phiones. =/
I say articuno should be female, arceus remain genderless, raikou female, kyogre male, rayquaza female, and palkia male.
I think the regis could have genders... all male except regice and regigigas.

switch moltres and articunos genders cuz articuno should be a girl And moltres a guy and also ho-oh should be a girl.

Articuno should be Female =/ but Moltres looks both Genders  Kyoge should be Male.... I Laughed when i saw Palkia was a Female XD, infact Hazz named her Palkia Godzilla o.o |

Ho-oh is definitely a guy. Just because he makes rainbows and is sparkly doesn't automatically make him female.

So how about everyone chooses the genders for the pokemon they picked to rp?
So, I'd choose what rayquaza, giratina, and uxie are.
(wow, I chose all guys... maybe rayquaza could be a girl...)
