Because it wasn't approved twice, and we had to clear the board.

It was disapproved. We had to clear out the board because it was getting too cluttered. We simply deleted all the disapproved pokemon and the ones that had already been added to the dex. I'm sorry that your hard work went to waste, but try to do an even better job next time so your pokemon gets approved. Look at the other sprites and see how they're made; don't just stick random parts together and color it a solid color.

Tch...easy for YOU to say. -.-; Look...I have, and never will be, a good spriter, I stink at it, obviously. And saying that all my 'hard work' was for nothing, just makes me sad, it was 1 AM in the morning, what else could I have done? Sorry if I sound dumb, but sometimes it's hard to know that..and I'm just clearing that up.

The key is to use multiple pokemon, the more pokemon you use, the less obvious it may look. Getting rid of certain parts or adding extras can really make a difference.
And saying that 'it's easy for us to say' isn't true. Sone of us spend hours redoing and manipulating sprites to look more original. It's not like out of the blue we were all given special spriting powers. You have to practice.

Well, you don't have to spend hours on it. xD I spend about 30 minutes, such as on chryseon.

I know that, everyone says "Just put two or more pokemon together", I do it, and it comes out looking icky...the best one I have EVER did is this: Now, give me your honest opinion on that, do you think that would be accepted as a pokemon?

If you touched it up a little bit more, it'd look like a brilliant sprite. ^^ All I'm saying is that if you make it look less obvious that you used Gardevoir and Togekiss to make it, it could look like an original pokemon. Oh, and maybe add a couple of other pokemon to the mix. Originality is key!

To be honest, not here. But that's only because it is clearly a gardevior and a togekiss; it doesn't look like a new pokemon. However, it's a pretty good fusion. n__n There are only two things that jump out at me: the left wing is too long, and the pointy things (xD) need some lines to connect them to the head.

Yeah. ^^; I'm working on those...is there a good pokemon that would mix well with it? Maybe Skitty? I can't think of anything..
